Healthy, Thin, Beautiful
Want a dinner or lunch that takes 30 minutes to make and is healthy?! Here it is! I just made this, and it is soo good I had to share! It is a lemon chicken veggie wrap. You grill some chicken, then add fresh chopped onions, green peppers (i would add red but we are out) and lettuce with shredded carrots. Then chop up your chicken, mix it all on a warm corn tortilla an sprinkle three fresh cut lemon juice on it - you’re done! So tasty and you get your veggies :)

The key word is eat wise. Not don’t eat, not starve yourself. No, you can be full yet still eat lesser calories. Go for vegetables, fruits with water content or just about any fruits really, steamed, boiled, grilled food. Try to use less oil where possible and eat fresh food as much as possible. Stay away from canned or bottled mass produced drink. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. The weight will take care of itself. Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring, go google on the Internet for healthy recipes. Don’t expect people to spoon feed you answers. If you really want it, take the effort to do your research and educate yourself. If you really want it, you will put in the effort. It’s the first step to anything.
